Description
The handle of this tool is a tube through which you can pass the wire in the desired length. By tightening the tool head, the wire is held.
The tube of the handle consists of a 3 mm hollow mandrel (0.5 mm wall thickness) made of stainless steel, the tool head is made of copper.
This holder is intended for longer pieces of wire, if you want to make earrings, you will find the suitable holder HERE
For wire from 0.7 mm to 1.1 mm!
The tool itself must not be held directly in the flame, or placed in the oven!
You can use this tool to hold an earring pin/wire in the flame.
Please note the instruction video by Judit Szöke (Beachbuggy) – here you will also learn how to remove the wire from the holder to put it in the oven.
You need a pair of pliers to unscrew the hot tool. Judit recommends that in order to be able to better grip the tool when turning it on and on again
glue a few spacers on the handle (see tutorial). Through this you can hold the tool better.
